Waasland Mule

Liqueur de Saint Nicolas
Ingredients
5cl Liqueur de Saint Nicolas
2cl lime juice
10cl ginger ale 

Boston shaker 

pink pepper 

lime slice 

crushed ice 

copper mug
Instructions

Fill the mug with crushed ice. Pour the Jonge Jenever and lime juice into the shaker and shake for at least 20 seconds. Strain the cocktail into the mug. Top with ginger ale and finish with pink pepper and a lime slice.

Tip

Cut lime slices and dry them in the oven beforehand.
