Edelweiss Gin & Tonic
Ingredients
5cl Edelweiss Gin
20cl tonic
juniper berries and/or cucumber
ice cubes
Instructions
Fill a deep and wide glass with a few large ice cubes. Add the juniper berries and pour in the Edelweiss Gin. Top up with tonic and finish with a slice of cucumber.
Tip
Create a stronger flavour by crushing the juniper berries beforehand. Or use rosemary for a different touch. A playful Edelweiss Gin & Tonic? Then work with balls of cucumber.
